Cable

I was wondering in commons apartments, is there cable hookups in every room or just the living room?

If they don't, you can just get a cable splitter and run a long cable into the bedroom. This has worked out well in my dorm experience.

Are you sure this isn't the Atlantic Ocean?

GO TIGERS!

Are you supposed to do that?

I've never lived in CP housing before, but in my dorm room at school, my roommate and I each had our own TV. I bought a splitter (they're pretty cheap) and an extra cable, and it works perfectly fine.

theres cable just in the the living room. When i was there last time we had quite a few splitters running off of that connection

ah, if they dont like it, they never let anyone know. Just bring a splitter and cable... Last year each room had a TV with cable in it.. It doesnt make the halls fun to walk, but you can always tape the cords on the ceiling too.

^ thats actually your best bet, in all truth

And this is for the dorms (Cedars), correct?

no, Cedars doesn't have cable. The only thing you'll find in a room at Cedars is beds, dressers, a table a chair and a window that you can open if it gets too hot and you can close if it gets too cold.

You can also hear, and possibly see the laser light show everynight if thats your cup of tea! LOL. I lived there for about a week my first year (2002), and I'll never do it again!

the commons dorms have 1 cable connection in each room, the apartments have one for the whole apartment. we had the cables taped to the floor and had no problem. if you live in the apartments and you want a phone line in your room... you'l have to do the same thing. split the phone jack..
