Buying CP merchandise

I'd like to purchase some cool Cedar Point sweatshirts and whatnot for this summer. What's the best way to do this? Where can I find the coolest stuff? Best deals? Is pretty much everything online?

Also, when it's cold, are we allowed to wear this kind of stuff, or will we be provided with specific "coldwear"? And do we get discounts on merchandise?

There is a pep raily the day before we open and you get a lot of stuff there

The way the employee discount worked last year was a little complicated. Starting the first Tuesday in June, you get 25% off at Pagoda, Surf Shop, & Cedar Creek - Tuesdays only. The manager needed to okay the purchase & you needed your CP ID.
Wardrobe purchases are different. Wardrobe has the official uniform stuff for sale, and you can put your purchase right on your paycheck.

There's also a tent sale in August where CP merchandise is dirt cheap. Some of it is considered "damage" (a pen ink, stuff that says Kings Island, a shot glass sold individual instead in the 2-pack, etc). Other items at the tent sale is perfectly fine.

What if you're not at the pep rally? I don't process in until the 20th of may.

I've never actually gotten anything at the Pep Rally...

I caught a Gemini shirt AND a Maverick shirt last year at the pep rally :) T'was nice!!!
