Over on a CP&LE RR board it was questioned as well. One of the RR guys replied "Im sure I'm not suppose to know but, I think two of them may have something to do with something that will happen latter this year?"

Sounds like maybe preparing it for Halloweekends?

or there making the sound better so they could build a ride with the trains theme similair to what paddlewheel led into the creation of paddlewheel excursions.

So apparently Delbert Fienstien has been having issues this season and at times doesn't make any attempt to fly across the boat. Captains have been making jokes that he's grounded because he was out late the night before but will try again for the next boat.

Yeah, I bet that explanation didn't fly...

But he flew tonight, and it was a Wednesday! ;)

There are very few rides in the park I'd hate to lose more than this one, but I got a feeling I'll never end up riding it again :(

If it does go away the park really, really needs some family rides. The amount of things the whole family can do together has slipped and that really should be the parks focus for the next few rides in my opinion.

Delbert is not broken. He doesnt fly after 2pm on mondays-thursdays. But will fly all day on fridays and weekends.

So whats the reason behind the no flyzone after 2pm monday-thursday? Or is this part of the FAA Shutdown that the govt is trying to work out?? =)
