Bring your "Depends" ;)

I was there Sunday as well, and while I agree the launch is surprisingly silent and outrageouosly fast (you must see it to understand how stealthy it looks and sounds), I wasn't as impressed by the height. To me it looked taller farther away, and looked very short standing near it. Don't get me wrong. It's still one tall coaster, but the 405' tall OI building in Toledo just looks so much taller.

Thanks for the report. We were in Sandusky a few weeks ago, we didn't go anywhere near the park, but I saw it from the distance. Man, is it HUGE! Believe it when people say that videos/pic/whatever doesn't do it justice because it's very true.

Actually, according to the State of Ohio, the OI building is 440'. Not that the 20' makes a huge difference. ;)

I would imagine that part of the appearance is also due to an optical illusion created by the relatively short buildings in close proximity surrounding the OI Building.

Not to get off topic, or flame, but has anyone ever actually crapped their pants on a ride? Getting hit in the face by birds, or having shards of metal get lodged in eyes, yes, but pants crapping, most likely not. j/k :) I must agree with you though, it does look amazing when you get to see it in person.

Besides the great rides and being the best of everything, the best part about Cedar Point is that it isn't Six Flags! YAY!
