BreakWater Cafe

I was wondering if anyone new anything about Breakwater Cafe. I am working their this summer and have no idea what it's like. It's near the Sandcastle Hotel but that's about it. If you could give me little bit of info. I would apperciate it thanx.

Don't know what it is like to work there, just a guest's perspective. It a very nice looking restaurant with a gorgeous view of the channel going into Sandusky Bay. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner is served. There is also a bar and a screen covered patio to sit while drinking. The food is very good, with prices in the moderate range. If you are a server I would imagine you will be making good money in tips.re

I think the Breakwater is the best restaurant location on the Point. The views are some of the best on Lake Erie. Since it is the only restaurant for the 187 room Sandcastle hotel you will get slammed for Breakfast every morning.

Lunch will be calm because it is a long way from the park but dinner will pick back up again. I always thought it would be nice to put some live entertainment on the patio so you could sit, drink, and watch the sunset.

I love it but the only thing that I don't like about it is the smell. It smells like the inside of a nursing home.

A friend of mine worked there last year - it must be a pretty popular location - as a server, she brought in some incredibly huge tips! Others I've known from there really like it.
