Breakers Ship Store

Is there anyone else working here? Or have worked here? I want to know what to expect and hopefully know a co-worker before I get there.

I've worked there for a small bit in 2009. It's inside hotel breakers (the hotel), and is the busiest of the three stores in the hotel. The stores sells a some souvenir items (t-shirts, stuff animals, shot glasses). It also sells pop, snacks, toiletries, etc for the guests. One thing that the stores sells that you have to watch out for (for IDing guests) is cigarettes. The shifts are usually 6:30 am - 3, 3 to close (close is 2 hours after park closing) and a mid-shift (could be considered 11-8 for example). Actually, this is the first location I've worked at CP!

09 - Breakers Boutique
10 - Emporium
11 - Costume Character for the Peanuts Gang
12 - Day off relief for the town / trail
13 - Not going to put that on the internet, but my uniform is not going to be purple...

What an awesome place to work! You'll get to meet a lot of people since everyone that stays at the breakers tends to wander through there at one point or another, if only for a bottled water or chocolate milk...plus your in air conditioned splendor out of the sun and rain...

I'll say hi next time I am staying there!

I hope so. I love meeting new people and hearing about where they are from. Thanks!

Do they still have the Cedar Point drinking glasses there? I bought one several years back and the red logo on the bottom of it has faded. Am hoping to get a new one this year.
