Breakers layout west - east

I have stayed at HB a couple of times but don't really have a sense of direction.

I stayed in the Bon Aire section once which I assume is west. I also stayed in the main.

Now is the tower also west? I am confused as I know it is new but so is the east section and the bon aire section does not seem that big.

Someone had a map up once. Wish that was still on here.

My reservation in in the east section but I am confused about the layout.

Please advise,

L

I stayed in the east section last year. It is 3 stories. When you go into the lobby and go to the right past the tommy bahama place (cant remember the name). That is breakers east. the rooms are very nice. they actually upgraded me for free because they booked me the wrong room. Basically the room i was in was a 2 room suite. The same that is in the tower.

We stay at the Breakers east every year. One year they tried to put us in Breakers west. Wile we were going up the elevator all we could smell is steak. The hall way to our room also smelled like steak. When we went into our room it also smelled like steak. My one son said what's this the Black Angus Suite? We asked to be moved back to Breakers east and they were happy to do so. In the Breakers west your room is over Fridays restaurant and that accounts for all of the cooking smell.

I had thought the tower was east but I now see it is west and it was not renovated at the same time. I am in a small room in breakers east. I liked my room in main but there are not many rooms in main, It was historic but huge and nicely decorated. The bon aire I had last year was the worst room I have ever been in but I have also heard some good stories.

Unless you get Bon Aire very early or late in the season and use it paired with the 30 dollar off coupon in the Getaway Guide...it's not worth it.

I stayed there last year for opening weekend, and even at 30 dollars a night (with the coupon), it was a stretch. The room smelled very musty and the decor was very, very dated. If you absolutely have to stay on point, I highly recommend Lighthouse Point... However, there are many great affordable options off Point as long as you stay away from the chains.

I have stayed at lighthouse point twice and am a fan. I also like breakers. The main section was nice this season and our room was enormous. Bon aire had very bad decor, no hot water and that smell. I would pay more or stay off site rather than return to it.

I am in Breakers east, I will give that a try. The main was old too but my room was very nice last time.

I recommend the Black Angus Suite. Check it out.

All kidding aside, don't you like my sons name for that Suite?
