Break Area?

On Iron Dragon I saw an open area that had I think a picnic tables on it.  I also saw a guy carrying some food.  Is this a break area for employees?  It was down and to the right, when on the last turn before the second lift hill.  Also how do you get to it (not that I would try it just seems like the path comes from nowhere)?

There is a path that leads form behind Chaos to it.. and yes.. it is a break area..

If you want to find how to get to break areas, the signs are really unobtrusive - just a little metal plate "Employees Only".

You wish! :) The break areas typically have a couple soda/juice machines, a snack machine (maybe one with junk food and one with sandwiches), a couple picnic tables, and maybe a space to put some of your stuff, if a sweep crew meets back there. They're far from glamorous!
