Rockdown2G. That loud roar when Mantis races right by the line is just great. You are there to ride a awesome coaster so lets see what it is made of!!! The louder the better :)

I agree w/Hooper The louder the better. Mantis is one of the best coasters (yes, including raptor, but anything by B&M is sacred to me.) I love the fact that I have to yell when a (Mantis train) goes by! I am not in the Q. to observe art, I am there to ride the best, loudest, most thrilling coaster in the known world! The louder the better!

Am I the only one thinking this- the roar of the MANTIS greatly resembles the shreik of a "banshee"?

Hmmm... last minute decisions are haunting...

what i love about waiting in line for Mantis is this...when you are in the queue ready to go up the stairs and the train roars by, the water around the support posts VIBRATES in a shock-wave ripple. like in the T-Rex-scene in 'Jurassic Park". THAT is cool and onlt serve to remind what a great ride you are about to take...
