Best Time to Process In?

So, a friend and I are processing in this Sunday (May 8th). Last year we got to CP late morning and it took 9 hours to process in and get housing. Haha, that is not something we want to experience again.

I'm asking the veterans: what is the best time to arrive and avoid super long lines? 7am? 8? 9? Earlier? Thanks in advance guys!

Hey, It's my first year and as far as I know processing begins at 8:30. I plan to get there around 8 so I can be at the front of the line. I'd like to get done early leaving me time to get to know new roommates and make friends.

Be there EARLY, 6 am if possible. Last time my friend and I got there at 7 am and there were about 20 or so people ahead of us. Processing in started at 8, and the both of us were done at 11 am. It could vary, but on Sunday you will always have to wait.

GEt there as early as you can. I'm hearing this is the biggest process in day thus far and expect to wait.
