Best route?

We are staying in Milan (rates too good to pass up & a $50 Gas Card). Is it best to take the Causeway or to go up Cedar Point Road? Are there tolls?

Just a little bit of advice, nothing too harsh - if I were planning a trip and had questions, I'd consolidate all of them into one topic for ease of keeping it all together and the like.

I was just figuring that it would be better for future seekers to find what they needed if my topic title made sense to the question asked. I have been reading a lot, and the whole "newbee w/ questions" is not as helpful as a topic that was more specific.

Easiest route is just to take 250 up.
