Best ride to go on at night??

What are your opinions on the best ride to go on at night?


From my experiences power tower is awesome at night..

Never been in the park after dark, but MF is the ride I'm most looking forward to at night. I'll bet that first drop looks like a black hole!

Millennium Force There is no way to describe a night ride. It's amazing. The lights on the first just make the whoke ride magical. Ok that sounded corney but its true. Everyone should at least ride Millennium Force at night once. You wont be disapointed.

Personally, I think all the rides are great at night, because it does add a neat effect. If I had to vote for one, either Power Tower (great way to view the lit-up park) or the Mean Streak, because it is just freaking racing through the structure and the spotlights.

Magnum, just a bit over MF. Love the black out in the tunnels and the eire looking lake at night.

As for the best ride to look at during night, MF all the way. Here is a thing some should try when going up and over MF lift. Just look down at the lights!

MF is awesome at night but its not my fav. I acctually have 2 favs they are Raptor and Power Tower. I do the space shot for a good view of the lake and the Turbo Drop so I don't freeze at the top.

I hope they turn off the island lights again this halloweekends on mf, that added alot in my opinion last year.

I like Raptor because you can't see all those twists coming up like a heartline twist or corkscrew.

The absolutely best no.1 ride at night is the Power Tower Turbo Drop! The way (if your facing another tower) it's lit up, and the how when you sit down everything is warm and lit up, but when you start your climb it gets chillier and darker. Nothing in my mind compares to the Power Tower at night!!

Joe, looking at the lights while on MF is sweet! I did, and they are so bright they are almost blinding!

Yep, add that to the fact you are heading strait down to earth its an out of body experience almost.

Friday and Sunday night, Millennium Island's lights were off! :)

For me, it’s Magnum, no contest. Magnum is one of the few rides in the park where you get the feeling of isolation, just you and the coaster. And at nights it’s even better because Soak City is closed and it’s really dark around the turn-around.
MF is second. Making the return trip and looking up at the first hill with all of its lights is pretty sweet.

MF was great @ night, especially with some fog from the lake overing the bottom of the first hill... and sitting in the front car added to the effect... Raptor used my head as a pingpong ball @ night though.

My vote is Iron Dragon. It's an O.K. ride during the day, but I think it's a great ride at night. It's the only time I ride it now and the line is usually only five minutes or less.

Well, during Halloweekends, the best ride at night, if they were to haunt it, would be The Mine Ride. Especially if some "Ghouls" were in the storage shack of the ride to scare the crap out of everyone. I always expect it when i ride, but it never happens. :(
