They had Mexican food cafeteria/build to order style at the chuck wagon across the midway, not a surprise Los Gatos is now a pizza shack. The layout of the chuck wagon is much better suited than the cluster f*** window that Los Gatos has.

I think the changes are a big win. Famous Dave's replacing Grist Mill is pretty exciting. Pizza at the former Los Gatos makes sense as it is replacing pizza at Grist Mill. And the burritos at Chuck Wagon/Buckaroo’s Burritos are much better than Los Gatos was and they are also on the meal plan, at least they were last year. Where Los Gatos reminded me of Taco Bell, Chuck Wagon had higher quality ingredients and was more reminicent of something like Chipotle
I'd rather be in my boat with a drink on the rocks,
than in the drink with a boat on the rocks.
These changes are great in my opinion, hopefully they continue in a positive manner and work on quality/service.
I know they have the ability and the park has come so far in the other areas they've focused on, I'm genuinely excited to see changes to food services like this.

Maybe because they weren't finalized at the time. Or maybe budgets allowed for additional improvements, Mr. Ouimet's style is a lot more 'on the fly' than before, it's like he sees a change and it dominos into a more finished project.
Or more likely, they were avoiding talking about any changes in or near frontier town to stop inevitable questions from coaster geeks about what they already said they weren't going to talk about (ms 2.0)

Excited for BBQ in the park, will be a huge win if it's on the meal plan. (The website still lists all the locations being replaced/renamed as of 5/4/17)
Bummed the walking taco is leaving Frontiertown but currently it is still on the menu at Corral up front. I agree it's a nice cheaper option for a in-between in meal credit snack at $6.
Macho Nachos appear on the menu for Last Chance Saloon, so not removed from the park, just relocated I think.
Overall, steps in the right direction in improving the meal options.
Still hoping one of the years CP builds a Harmony Hall type venue.
I think we all need to pause for a moment and appreciate the fact that good BBQ will be available inside the park. Perhaps for the first time since the pre-Millennium Force days of the Chicken BBQ.
Thank you, Dave, and your famous food.
All excellent news in my opinion. Now if only we could do something about those aweful park cheeseburgers and weak fries that come with them. I dont mind paying premium prices but I want something better for the buck. Super excited for daves, and also look forward to trying the sky ride refreshments bbq foods.
