Right now I'm with Chase Bank because I'm in NYC, but should I look into switching? What's Cedar Point's Bank?

Well you can keep your Chase account if you want to do direct deposit. You just wont have any ATMs in the area to use free of charge. OR you could just open a new checking account with a bank here and keep your Chase account. Once you are done at Cedar Point, close the account you opened in Sandusky and transfer all your funds to your Chase account.
