Background Check/Process in?

I'm soooo nervous x( I got the call last Sunday to be a sweeper until September, then to work in club blood. I sent in the background check a week ago but my process date was already set to Wednesday (Two days from now)
Should I call today or tomorrow? Is there still a chance that check will be complete by Wednesday or early wednesday morning? I have everything set, I have absolutely NothinG in my backgroud and I just hope I don't have to reschedule :( omg
