Background check still not completed

I'm going to be processing in within the next 10 days (because of scheduling complications, i had to push the date I process in back and I still have no official date to check in), and I am still waiting for the background check to be completed. I have checked at the jobnet's background check tab and here is a copy and paste of what it says:

Background check authorization form has been received. Thank you for accepting your job offer.

Background Check has not been completed at this time.

And I also know that background check must be completed 10 days prior to on-boarding. What should I do about this? Should I call HR? I just honestly have no clue and I would like to process in without a hassle.

Your best bet at getting an accurate answer would be calling HR on Monday morning. If there's anything you can do other than wait, they'll be able to tell you.
