Background Check Authorization Form

How do I complete the online background authorization form? I know I can't get hired unless I complete it, but I don't know where to find it. I also don't know how to accept the job offer online. Every time I go on the jobnet thing it just says my status is pending. I don't know what to do :( I was hired as a ride op.

its pending, you cant accept it until it actually shows up. give it a few days.
