availability times

after you send the contract in can you change your times to show/leave? and still be able to get the bonus without having to sign another contract? if so HELP!

Call your manager... It can vary from department to department. Some are a little more forgiving because it's not such a staffing issue.

The unwritten rule generally is, it's easy to extend.. Shortening.. that's a different story but do it as SOON as possible. Once the season starts it gets harder.

Since you are going to extend just call Fike and he will mail you another contract with the correct dates on it. You dont have to do all that gov't paper work again, so that is a good thing. Also make sure you bring that contract with you on the first day VERY IMPORTANT!

You don't even have to get your contract extended before you start, you can do it after you've started work, which is not a bad idea if you're a brand new employee, just in case you decide you don't like working there as much as you thought you might. Once you've extended your contract, it's much harder to get it shortened and still get your bonus, so if I were you I'd wait until I've worked there for a while before extending your contract.
