Hey, my friend recently got a job as an auditor. Can anyone describe the job/duties?
Also he was told that he cant live in normal employee housing, but in special housing with supervisors and other auditors. If that is true, where is this housing located and what is it like? (how many roommates, AC, etc...)
Thanks.
Department Auditor:
Conducts audits on department location registers and register tapes checking for discrepancies. On occasion will do actual location cash counts. Responsible for accurate reports on findings. Also will make location and employee observations and buying tests. Performs audits on guest checks, minor employee breaks, reviews invoices & inventory controls.

He will live in normal employee housing, just not with employees from other departments or from Foods. The housing isn't anything special.

I was told that the Auditors had to live in different housing. The same one that supervisors and other auditors live. Do you know where that is?
Oh, when my friend was interviewed he was told that he wasnt allowed to live in normal employee housing, is there any other housing at the park that you know of?
Commons Dorms
Commons Apartments
Bayside Apartments
Golds Dorms
Cedars Dorms
Then of course if you work in accommodations and your job requires you to stay in the hotel, you stay there.
I am not aware of any "supervisor/auditor" housing. Unless they've built special accommodations since last year.
As mentioned above, auditors might not be able live with anyone else except other auditors. This would prevent personal bias when conducting an audit, although not completely prevent.
I know auditors from last year who stayed in Bayside and Commons.

This is the reason and as I said, there isn't any special housing. He will stay in whatever location they have set up for auditors, Commons or Bayside. It is basically the same that is done with the Cedar Point Police Department. All the officers live with other officers in either Bayside or the Commons Apartments. Any department can reserve a room/apartment for their employees if they think they need to be grouped together. Live Entertainment does this for performers and Operations has done this with Supervisors in the past.
