Looking at that picture, I didn't realize how much space the swans took up.
IIMHO, the Swan ride was a good place for my little one to unwind a little. Even if he usually tried to get me wet by steering close to the fountain.

However, what about constructing part of a new B&M flyer over Thunder Canyon? I remember hearing something about Dorney considering to do that with Talon, but zoning or some other restriction prohibited the idea. Can it be done at CP? Just imagine flying really close to the stream of TC!

If anyone is interested, I mapped out a design of what a B&M flier would look like back there.

A flyer wouldn't necessarily have to dominate the back of the park's skyline since building the tallest would be well under the height of Mean Streak. They could also fill the box spine with pea gravel to silence the trains as they traverse the track in an attempt to maintain some serenity about the area.
I think it would be cool, and very marketable for them to give the ride some kind of a bat or vampire theme since that area of the park gets decked out during HalloWeekends. It would be also be a nice addition to an area of the park that hasn't seen a new ride in over a decade.

I think anyone who thinks the park needs a B&M flyer hasn't been on one. I was thoroughly not impressed. They got burned with a fad ride once when they built Mantis.
Superman - Ultimate Escape at SFGA is a great ride! I was very impressed with the ride experience and believe that even the exact same layout at CP would be a great investment for the park. The feeling that the ride gives is like no other ride found in CP at this time. Mantis was a bad idea and a fad ride for the park but a flyer is not a bad idea. The load time of the ride is very fast when ran properly and the rides are easily capable of running 3 trains. I could see CP having a flyer that cycles as many people as the Raptor does. I believe you are wrong when you say that flyers from B&M are not impressive, the back row on Superman - Ultimate Flight is insane, especially in the Pretzel Loop.
278 coasters and still counting!
I don't see that type of ride having the longevity, although I wouldn't complain if we got one.
I would really like to see more B&M though. Even though they aren't the tallest, the have some nice elements and action to them, including a lot of airtime.
