I have two questions?

1. Tell us about a time you received good customer service. What, in your opinion, made it good customer service?

2. I want to work at Johnny Rockets. I looked at the Job List and couldnt figure out which one to pick. So I said food/beverage server. I hope that was right! AAAh!

Good service is looking after the needs of the guest and your supervisors and doing so with a good attitude regardless of the other garbage I may spew forth on this sight CP is good for service to their guests (animals).

I applyed, but they want us to wait 15 days before we call back.... I was planning on waiting a week..... I wonder if they would mind me calling 2 weeks or sooner?

SteelMonsters - I think the reason it says to wait 15 days is because the managers are on their vacations now and won't start work again until the first week of January. So you have to wait for them to get back into the office, then they will begin looking at applications and calling people :-)

I worked there in 2001 and last year, but last year they didnt call back they just sent the contract out like 3 days after i applied.

If you apply for rides, you will definetly get a call back. There are more questions that they need to go over with you before you can be placed at a ride/location. I just filled out all my paperwork and mailed it back and then did the online application. hopefully i will hear from fike or karah around the third, LOL

yea this is wierd. I started my app online and when I try to log in to finish it the thing does not allow me to enter my entire email address thus preventing me from loging in and finishing my application but I cant start a new one since it just tells me that I have already started one and need to login. Well I just thought of mailing in an app but the one that you download is from last year and the position codes are different does that matter?

Are you guys talking about the logging in with your e-mail and password to finish the session, but the login won't accept enough charactors to finsih your e-mail address?

I didn't have a problem with it, but my freind did... I told him that if it affected him, it affected a lot of people. I guess I was right.

I think the webmasters will fix it soon, It's just a small bug in the script.

I have a quick question that's not about the online application. I did put one in, but my first choice was HR office clerk, the park op. office, then rides. I'm trying to get some experience in my field (HR). How fast do those seasonal positions fill up and who gets first pick at them?
