Application status

so my friend put in an application about 2 weeks ago and he looked at his application on jobnet and now it says..
"Your application is currently on review by our hiring managers for the job choices that you indicated.
Your application was reviewed by: Steve (Park Operations) on 04/18/2012" also at the very top it says: job choice 1; ride host

does this mean that steve is done looking at his app or does this mean that he could still be looking at his app?

It means that he has reviewed it. He can still go back and look at it again, it just shows when that application was reviewed and by who.
