In the job descriptions is says no exteme hair colors, but would that apply to a reddish or burgundy/wine hair color?

I asked my manager (merch dept) about this as my hair is a lighter red color. CP states that hair must be all one color and natural. No highlights, no lowlights, no colors that you would not see on a person with virgin hair. Pure Black (not bluish black or violet black), varying brunettes, varying blondes (not white/bleach blonde), and natural reds are allowed.
