Apartments in sandusky

So my boyfriend and I are planning on working at Cedar Point this summer. We are looking at places to lease. I was just curious if anybody would want to move into an apartment. Of course I would want to talk to you first and things like that but Im just trying to get an idea of if people would actually want to do this.

The majority of places in and around Sandusky only do year long leases.

You can find summer leases. I am looking as well, I will post if I find any.

Let me rephrase that. A majority of places in areas you'd actually want to live in or be able to afford on a seasonal income.

Has anyone in the past found any luck with W-T Realty properties? Specifically Lake Point and Foxborough Commons? They seem to be the only place i can find on Google and rental sites. I am currently in talks with them but haven't gotten much information out of them.

Not a CP employee resident but just moved out of the area. What kind of budget do you have, I know a landlord that owns about a half dozen buildings in the area. Also what proximity in driving time do you want to be to the park?

I'm not sure about the original poster, but I myself am looking for a one bedroom at around $500 a month (hopefully with some/all utilities included) within the range of 0-30 minutes away from the park.

There is a place in island view manor in lakeside marblehead about a 30 min drive. That has some one bedrooms for about that price off of the lake but my former landlord had two one bedrooms directly on the lake for 650 with everything included except electric.

It is not official yet, but i just got an email today about maybe getting hired in as an intern this summer. My college is still on quarters so I wouldn't be starting until end of June and I would be done about mid-September. I would love to work at Cedar Point, but the talk about the housing being so bad is scaring me. I would love to be able to find a place that would offer me like a 3 month lease for the summer. Or if anyone is looking for roomates, I'm willing to talk and see what we can do.

I have not been hired yet but i would be interested in roommates for a apt of cp campus the cp housing is not awful its just you do not get to choose your roomates so you are stuck with whoever they room you with some of those people are load nasty or both im black and i do not like being roommates with all black guys you will never get any sleeep.

I moved to Sandusky this past winter and went through wt reality. The apt Monticello on milan rd (where im at) is 2 bedrooms for 550ish a month includes everything but electric. Its a pretty nice sized apt and not a bad area. Not sure if they have one roomed apt though..

Actually you don't have to be stuck with the same roommates all season. If there's a open bed in another room you can ask to switch. I know a couple people who've done it. And the "all black guys" comment was a little insensitive. That could have been worded better.
