Anything new at the cafe?

Some of the things I would like to see is caffeine free Pepsi sold and possibly a faster way of getting grill sandwiches. I also wish the cafe would go back to serving the brand of fries they sold when I first started at the park in 1992. They were better than McDonald's

As long as I can get my grilled chicken sandwhich, it will be all good:) But I would like to see milk shakes served in the Cafe like the ones in the Rec Center!

I always wished they had corn dogs and funnel cakes, so we don't have to pay an arm and a leg for them in the park. I def. agree with getting our grill orders a lot quicker thou, it was crazy last year!

I heard something about a new salad bar that they were putting in; instead of the Caf's famous "salad in a plastic box," they're now having a make-your-own chef salad thing. I guess they tested this at the end of last season and it was successful. Can anyone from Foods confirm this?

My three favorite entrees in the Caf that I wouldn't want to see disappear are chicken alfredo, Macho Nachos, and tortellini. (That pork cutlet thing can be removed anytime they want...)

Whoa - if they have that, it might mean that my diet of chicken fingers, pizza, and fries can be improved. I tried the salads in a box and they were on the blah side being like 99% lettuce. Not only that, but the Italian dressing they had was fairly nasty too.

That new salad bar would be great! They just need to get some better dressing, that stuff is pretty nasty! I looove the tortilini, that was probably my favorite. :)

Haha you don't even KNOW how much I have worried about this! I was hoping there would be SOME kind of salad thingy. . . I don't eat meat! Just because I am crazy! So, I will DIE if there aren't 'fresh' vegetables (or at least fresh-tasting!). . .oh well, I can manage!

Kind of off topic, but...

Knotts has changed all places that serve fry's signs. Now instead of french fries, they are american fries (pretty stupid and pointless IMO). Do you think CP is going to do this?

I can't imagine seeing "Mr. Potato" changing to "Mr. American Potato..."

I don't see this happening!

Actually the other day, they did have corn dogs! I dont know if it was a one time thing or they will do it all year. And yes, they still do have chicken fingers as always....

i remember them serving corndogs in the cafe one day last season...i love corndogs also..i say we protest or something..make some big signs that say we want corndogs and march around outside the cafe..lol...do you know how hilarious that would be???....
