I'm curious to know if anyone else on here is a Cedar Point legacy. Both of my parents were Cedar Point employees during their college summers. That's where they first met and started dating! My dad worked as a server and bartender at the Silver Dollar Cafe. And my mom waitressed at the Anchor Room in Hotel Breakers and at Bay Harbor the first year it opened. Now I'm going back to CP for my second summer and I think its so great that my entire family has worked there!
I'd love to hear from anyone else in a similar situation.

My mom worked at Cedar Point for three summers as a ride host on various rides including the Earthquake ride, the Cadillac Cars, and the Frontiertown Carousel. I worked at the park last year on the Gemini. I suppose that I, too, am a part of a legacy.
Some famous recent legacies of Cedar Point........the Fikes, Andersons, Barones, and Oxtobys........a combined 32 years at the point.(At least)
I am a legacy..ask anyone in Foods in the back of the park that was there last season or any year back to 97.
Dave.. he is not talking about "Legends".. I think you mean what D. Hensley always talked about.. his CP Legends. You area legend all right.. but not sure what kind :)
I, however, Jenn am not only a legend, but I left a legacy! LOL Just ask anyone on RR crew 1995,1996 or Foods Zone 6 1997.
Yes, I remember you well Former 61. I for one wish you were around longer.
Penguin...who are you? And I wonder why I am so memorable!! LOL
I am not a legacy, but I had to send a reply after I read the story about your parents. I met my boyfriend while working at Confection Connection in 1997. It was b4 they connected it to Hot Potato and all the girls at CCC would stare at him through the window...they all thought he looked like James Dean...We went back and worked together in Zone 1 in '98...*smile* good memories...
