Any news on new Employee housing?

Hey guys, has anyone heard or read anything about new housing? I lived in Golds last year and, of course, with it finally demolished that lives a lot of girls out. I've heard lots of rumors regarding housing for the 2014 season.

These rumors are something like that CP acquired come land that was once an Airport and they were going to put new housing there, and that they were going to make Cedars Co-ed for 2014, among other things.

I know i saw the new construction/ area being prepped for the new building at Commons (which is apparently rumored to be for return employees only. I think that would be a good idea my self.)

I know the rumors likely aren't true, but it's still something interesting to think about. Had anyone heard or read anything else thats remotely concrete? Or atleast heard any interesting rumors regarding it?

They built a new dorm building to replace golds inside the commons area. It's on the side near Dairy Queen but still in the same fenced section. I doubt it's set aside just for returners, most likely it just gets dumped into the system and is sorted as they do the rest.
