We went from stormy clouds and lighting and raging water to calmer waters and a calmer sky. I wonder if all the numbers have a hidden message. The 1st set released, and now this set ? Might be worth working them over just to see. Any lotto pros on here ? This time frame puts this around Christmas I believe someone said in a post. Well, least we know what color track its going to be. I wonder if the brown color and the app picture has some boat idea or thought to it ?

Or is that a picture of Lake Erie w frozen water ?

The misty ocean background on the VR app is the same as it has always been. Only the date for the countdown has changed.

Yeah, it's animated. The clouds/fog move. Sometimes it's clearer and sometimes cloudier.

As always, take this with one or more grains of salt, but I've been hearing that the name will be changed from "Valravn" (due to the connotation as it relates to the recent Raptor fatality), and that the announcement date is significantly delayed (possibly to December, as indicated in the app) at least in part because they already had marketing materials, merchandise, and even signage for Valravn complete and ready to go for the cancelled announcement. They of course don't have any of that for the coaster's new moniker.

Again, who knows whether or not this is even close to accurate, but that seems reasonable enough to be true.

But I have heard the stuff above mentioned a few times, including most recently in that Reddit post. I of course omitted the stuff regarding Cedars/Causeway (and that the Raptor victim was drunk), because that sounds a bit too Lemon Chill.

Well, that's dissapointing.

Well, at least we got a coaster coming...just no name now. Those colors though could make it be interesting to put a name with.

Most disappoint if they would change the name, totally unnecessary in my opinion. But, I guess keep checking the trademarks site for any new names.

Agree, no reason to change the name in my opinion. It was horrible and unfortunate what happened but people die every day. Nothing you can do about that, it is just a name and theme for a ride. I'm not huge on Valravn as a name but I say don't change it for that.

I haven't logged in or posted in years (casual, annual lurker), but I'm going to have to go ahead and guess the 127 is the 127th day of 2016 which is Saturday, May 7th....

That's a countdown until the announcement for Project 2016...

I thought it had switched to a static number from the responses....my bad. See you in 2024!
