Advertising/Commericials??

I heard a CP radio ad this morning talking about how life moves too fast and spending time with the family at the park.

Can anyone DVR these commercials and post them on YouTube for those less fortunate souls living outside the CP market? :)

I cant get lucky enough to catch one while recording. But if I do ill let you know as soon as I post it.

They are still running the Maverick commercials, I just saw one on TV. I also saw the Maverick billboard in Detroit near the bridge to Canada today. It's a good looking billboard.

And then one day you find ten years have got behind you
No one told you when to run, you missed the starting gun

I seen a few commercials. The last couple have just been about the park, failing to even mention Maverick.

Two more last night, apparently between 9:00pm and 10:00pm must be their advertising time.

1st one: Again Maverick Prospector

2nd one: "Ride Warriors", it was ok, Teenagers walking through the parking lot to ride the Massive Steel and Wooden bohemoths, "Are you a Ride Warrior?"

That's It, see you at the park Saturday! :)

GATEKEEPER-I came, I rode, I was mildly disappointed; until a second ride (rear left) put GateKeeper back on the...it's a nice ride list.

Finally got the chance to see the billboard near the Ambassador Bridge. Vince, you weren't kidding when you said it was at the Duty Free store; I almost missed it. (Though it occurred to me after that I had the camera with me in the car anyway...)

Surprised me that it had the "World's First Terra-Coaster" tag on it, but heck, the lettering/"outside the board" look was nice.

Think they'll keep it up all the way to "real" opening? That's some prime real estate just off the Bridge. *** Edited 5/13/2007 12:06:52 AM UTC by Cedar Dan***

I didn't notice the terra coaster, we were driving home from Metro (made it from the airport and through the bridge customs in 17 minutes, that has to be some kind of record) and we went by and I just caught it out of the corner of my eye. It was nice though.

I am looking for a download of a CP commercial...anyone have one they could e-mail me.....

Hotel Breakers 88-94

Just saw the Ride Warriors commercial. I liked it. I just like the "Ride On" motto. I also had to do a double take because I was kind of zoned out and didn't realize that it was a Cedar Point commercial until the shot of Dragster.

I like the Ride Warriors commercial, but I must say that the radio ad that I've heard was very well thought out. When I started listening to it I could tell it was for Cedar Point, and I was surprised at how well it flowed.

Three things you need to fix anything in the universe: duct tape, WD-40, and a hammer. Duct tape if it moves and it shouldn't, WD-40 if it doesn't move and should, and the hammer as the last resort.

Can someone PLEASE post one of CPs ads to youtube? I'm dying down here only being able to watch the "Absolutely Amazing" commercial that still has White Water Landing in it.

I've seen the Ride Warriors one and it's good. But, I've been hearing they have better ones.

I just saw a commercial during American Idol tonight, and I believe it said that tickets are availiable at Little Caesars pizza.

All I have seen up in West Michigan is the non Maverick "Ride Warriors" commercial

R.I.P. MrScott... You're greatly missed!!

Here's a picture I took of the billboard in detroit. Might have to zoom in a bit...

4 summers of employment in ride operations does stuff to you.

I saw that that on the way home from a Tigers game. (They got swept by Cleveland) Has anyone found out what the Terra coaster thing means yet?
