Admission to the park

So I have read on here that I could get free admission to the park before employment starts as long as I can show verification that I will be an employee there this summer. However, I emailed my manager, Debra, and she told me otherwise. Can someone help me out here? If i can then what type of verification do I need?

I'm pretty sure you can't get into the park before you process in. If that were the case, anyone could sign up to work there, agree to, and just show their contract to get in. I had a season pass my first season for the month of May before I started working in June.

Yep, only "active" employees can get in for free, active meaning you are somewhere between the start and end dates on your contract.

And then one day you find ten years have got behind you
No one told you when to run, you missed the starting gun

I actually had an annual pass both years I worked at the park, and got my money's worth both years.

What Ralph has said stands correct. In order to go a Cedar Fair park for free, you need your employee ID. I had contacted Kings Island just a few days ago to see if we could get in for free with our employee agreements, and they rejected it.

There are ways to get in the park for free whether you work there or not, you just have to know them. ;)
