Additions to the fountain this year?

Bring back the Waterball!!!!! :-)

You mean this waterball? :)

You know, if the jerk comes back and behaves himself, I really don't care.

I've seen people jump into rec.roller-coaster, make asses of themselves, get shouted down and killfiled by the community (you can't get banned from Usenet)...but then I've seen other things happen. Most of the time, these twits get bored once they've been shunned, and they disappear. But once in a great while, the message gets through, and the twit amazingly learns how to be a part of a community instead of a disruption to it. I won't mention any names, but there have been a few over the years.

Of course, if he comes back and continues being a jerk, he'll just find his threads killed, his posts nuked, his account cancelled, and a big REMMAHNAB imprinted on his forehead. It's kind of pointless to argue with a system administrator on his home turf!

It was indeed moved to Alabama Adventure, just outside of Birmingham.

Ha...I almost went to that park this weekend.

what you've just said is one of the most insanely idiotic things I have ever heard.
Everyone in this room is now dumber for having listened to it.
I award you no points, and may God have mercy on your soul.

You should have! Rampage is worth a trip there! If you ever do though, let me know. I think I can arrange a ticket for you;)

It was a toss between that, beech bend, and lake winnie. Lake winnie made more sense because it was on the way back home.

Well if you are ever down there again, do stop by the park. It has improved greatly over the past two years from what it used to be. Rampage is by far an amazing ride now after a little rehab, easily in my top ten wooden now. The park continues to add improvements and has some amazing potential.

I will keep that in mind....Thank's

Trespassing requires actual real estate and a physical presence of at least something, if not the person himself. The Ohio Revised Code makes that very clear, and I've never heard of any other jurisdictions extending that definition.

I realize that, but many jurisdictions also have cyber laws to cover a lot of similar real-world crimes (like stalking). Just curious if there is anything that would cover this.

Agreed

It's kind of pointless to argue with a system administrator on his home turf!

Triple agreed. No matter what, the admin can always go nuclear, and you have no way to defend against it.
