Additions to the fountain this year?

Ah, you see, while they were using hyperbole, I was using facts. I never post my side of an argument without facts.

But that has nothing to do with anything that was said b4 you quoted the movie. I personally do not see the connection between that movie and the fountain, and I'm pretty sure DJ feels the same way.

So, a newspaper "reporter" had the same opinion you did. Just because it was in the paper doesn't make it fact.

It is still an opinion and as such, no amount of "facts" makes you any more right or the other person any more wrong.

The only fact you used was a location of another fountain then you stated your opinion which is as far from a fact you can get

1.) Tower City fountain runs every hour on the half hour. FACT.
2.) Tower City fountain "dances" to 3 songs. FACT
3.) Tower City turns the lights off in the atrium during the show. FACT.

What is so hard to get about that?

so ill give you my opinion why CP is better then Tower Citys - its not located in Cleveland

And sorry about mentioning a reporter. I figured since you could post stories about it that meant they were written by reporters. Silly me.

This has brought up an interesting legal question.

PB (and CB) are privately owned sites. We (the posters) are only here by permission of Jeff and Walt(the owners).

If someone has been told to leave and had their account blocked, and then uses proxies or ip masking to defeat such mechanisms, isn't that akin to tresspassing (a misdemeanor)?

Again, I'm not sure on the legal end of it, but based on his "promises" I'm curious if he could be setting himself up for real-world consequences (beyond getting smacked with the Ban-Hamma in the virtual one).

Trespassing requires actual real estate and a physical presence of at least something, if not the person himself. The Ohio Revised Code makes that very clear, and I've never heard of any other jurisdictions extending that definition.
