I worked at the breakers front desk last year. I dont know much about Reservations, though, except that some people didn't like their direct supervisor.

"Ima end this with a f*** you and have a nice day!"

all I know.. I was told that I'd be typing certain stuff into a datebase, and when I felt comfortable, I'd be moved to phones, taking reservations.. in your own little cubicle. :-\

Meg21 --- several of my friends had that job last year, and you have NOTHING to worry about. It sounds like you know your duties, pretty flat out. . .and from what I understand, it can be a rather enjoyable job.

"Hmm. . .we don't have anything like that. . .but I can give you this comment card."

I guess I'm just a little worried when it comes to the phones part.. but like you said, I have nothing to worry about!!

I was also a res clerk last summer. Anything that I can do to help you can IM me. babiegirl6783. They train you really well before they let you go and take reservations by yourself. You will be prepared.

Jen and Pam, whats the difference between zones in sweep? Isn't that just like different parts over the whole park?

Yeah, the park is broken up into areas and then zones. There are five sweep zones. Zone 5 covers the very front of the park, Zone 1 cover the front-to-middle, Zone 2 covers the front-to-middle, Zone 3 covers the middle-to-back and Zone 4 covers the middle-to-very back - just as a general description.
