You can bring both, but you have to pay extra for airconditioners, I think it's like .30 cents a day or something like that.

Window units are (or at least always have been) allowed. My understanding is you have to request maintenance to put them in, which is probably how they know to charge you extra for having one. I suspect floor units wouldn't incur the extra charge simply because there's little to no way anybody would know you had one. Just my guess though.
