I'm seriously considering a return to the Northern Shore for another summer of... *coughabusecough*... fun and I've got a few questions I haven't seen adequately answered by searching this forum.
1. I don't have a car and this definitely cramped my style (i.e. made me conform to the bus schedule) in 2003. I am wondering if there would be a good way to have a bicycle for riding to town and the mall type areas. Has anyone tried this? Where would be a good place to lock up the bike? Are there any rules which disallow this? Obviously, I couldn't ride to the point, but those are the more frequent busses anyways. But after having missed the last bus at the mall and walking home from the mall, that's an experience I'd rather like to avoid in the future.
2. As a skip-a-year returner, will I have to apply in any special way or is it just a case of going online and filling everything out? Will I have to do the half-day training again? Will my accomplishments in 2003 help my chances in returning?
3. They... err... haven't gotten anything together for high speed internet yet, right? Yeah, thought so.. just thought I'd ask. Silly me.

You log in like you did last year and fill out the application as normal. And according to other people, unless you got lots of cards you will get to return. I don't work there, this is just from other people's post at these boards.
1. Thats a can do. There is a bike rack at commons to lock it up. Lots of people have bikes they keep there.
2. Fastball is right, just log in and apply. If you did a good job in `03 then that will help your chances.
3. Your dreaming!
1. Ha, I also walked home from the mall once, not because I missed the bus, but because my first ever CP date took me to the movies (in a taxi) but on the way back was like "Oh I love walking, let's just walk back to CP." (Was my first and last date with him). But yeah, there are bike racks at Bayside and Commons.
2. As long as you completed your contract in 2003 and didn't get fired or quit, there won't be any issues with you being rehired.
