Funniest thing happened to me, well not the funniest, but anyway later that day my sister and I hopped on Troika. IDK if it's called Troika but it's the ride next to the Giant Wheel and DT. So we were getting buckled in, and I started talking with my sister about rides and stuff, then she asked what was making that noise. It was DT going through the tunnels, so I said, 'It's that over there.' and I pointed. Once I extended my hand I hit the ride op right in the face! She was coming over to check our restraints, and I wasn't looking, so I clunked her right in the head! I apoligized over and over, but still felt extremely embarassed. Oh well.
This trip was the first time I'd be staying overnight, and the first time I'd be staying at the Hotel Breakers. The Hotel was nice, and very convinient being located right there. Our view wasn't great, but I could still hear Dragster being shot off from the halls. Only had one problem with the hotel, we got one of those roll-away beds, they didn't deliver it until close to midnight. My father had to call about 3 times for them to bring it up, but the house-keeping girl finally got there. So I flirted and talked with her for a few minutes and rolled the bed in.
The next day we had breakfast at TGI Fridays. The buffet was great and at not a bad price. Afterwards my family and I played putt-putt golf, which was really nice. I really enjoyed their course, though I lost miserably. Then after that we went to the beach and spent a good chunk of the day there. The beach was beautiful and so was the view. It was perfect, being buried under the sand by my sister while I listened to the rides shooting off and being pulled up the hill. Eventually the beach became boring, and the water was too cold, so we jumped in the indoor pool to get the sand off of us. After that we started to head home, me crying the whole way:(.
On the way home we stopped at this place called Mr. Beefy. It's right outside of Toledo, on the outskirts I think, right before Rte. 2 hits the express-way. I've never seen this place, but it's pretty nice. It's almost hidden back from the road in a parking lot, but it's a nice sit-down restaurant. They had good food and the waitresses were nice to look at. Has anyone else heard of this place? It was really different, they had newspaper-style menus and different stuff like that. Well, after a good meal and another hour to an hour and a half of driving, we finally reached home. It's always sad coming to a bland home after being at a resort like CP. Like I always say, the worst part of Cedar Point is leaving.

Also, did anyone else notice the Wicked Twister was down both of these days? I know they had a sign up at the Magnum park gate, but IDK why it was down. I was a little bummed out about that. Another question, does anyone know how high those tunnels are on Magnum? I never really noticed before, but I guess I'm taller this year, and those tunnels seem to be low. It's probably the same as Gemini, just giving that illusion, but this seems to be lower. IDK, but everytime I'm about to go into the tunnel I always bend my arms down a little. *** Edited 8/14/2004 5:03:40 PM UTC by sean_s_eagle***
Smoking Marijuana isn't a bad thing or even a good one, like everything else, its what you make of it.

Also I dont know if you tried it but another good restraunt that is actaully in CP is Famous Daves, where the old Boathouse use to be. Awesome ribs and pretty good prices for CP.
I haven't been to the one at CP, but there's one close to where I live and its one of my favorite restaurants. The BBQ Chicken is great too, and so is the potato salad and corn muffins. I've never heard of Mr. Beefy though.
