This is the second year my family and I have traveled to cedar point for a summer trip. Both years we stayed at the hotel breakers. It is A great hotel. The extra perks you get with staying there I feel are well worth the pricey rooms. I did notice that they also expanded their activities on the beach which my family loved. I live in Erie,pa. Which is only about a 2 1/2 hr. Dr. I used to go every year when I was a kid(school trips). Then I took about a 18 yr. hiatus for multiple reasons. Now that I am married and kids ( boys 10-8) decided to make C.P a yearly trip. They are definitely evolving into a world class destination resort imo. The past two years we have gone, we have had a great experience. With that being said I would like to point out a things I that would definitely up there game : figure out a way to do room charges, annoying having to carry credit card or cash around. Come up with a more consistent way to deal with the "personal items storage while riding". Some sort of tiki bar in the pool area with some better food options. I noticed in the pool area people ordering food off of a Perkins menu and long waits for drinks. That seemed like a long walk walk back and forth from the pool to the surf bar. Make it super easy for your customers to spend there money and they will.( found that out the hard way in Disney with the magic band) looking forward to the changes for next year.
