7/6 down?

I think the 3-week theory is wrong since it actually blew 2 motors earlier in the season. I do, however, think it could take up to 7 days from July 4.

It better open soon....

I went July 5th and yes the ride was down, but i was talking to an employee and they said that they were planning to have it open that day, (but they didn't). Anyways, my point is it that if they were hoping to open on the 5th it makes me think it isn't too serious of a problem and it should be open soon!

Btw it was really weird to be at Cedar Point and not have the blue monster screaming through the park... :(

Yeah, the employee lied to you. My guess is the conversation went something like this:

You: Is it going to open today?
Employee: Maybe.

The park 'plans' on opening it everyday...

So TTD is running smootly. now its Millinnium forces turn to break down, seems like this is running in sequence,TTD down,Millinnium force runs good and vice versa

I wouldn't exactly say TTD is running smoothly. It just hasn't had lengthy downtime this season.

Actually they said by 2 in the afternoon that day...so ha!!! regardless it didn't open so no point in getting one's panties in a bundle lol

Whatever employee said it would open by 2pm didn't know what they were talking about.

Was anyone there today? I will be there from the 10-14th. So hopefully she'll be on track.

Im goin tommorrow and it better be open. I am sure it wont be though. At least TTD is running consistintly(spell check) this year.

Millennium Force will not be in operation today (7/8) according to: Today in the Park on CP's website.

The motor is missing, part of the driveshaft is on the ground next to the building there, the cover is lying on the ground "wherever convenient" as someone said, and it's the weekend. My guess is we have *several* days left until it's open again.

i hope by next weekend.
