It wasn't pouring down rain, but on Monday there was a slight wind that made my Magnum and MF ride a little unplesent. TTD was down 90% of the time but was up as soon as the rain settled. Tuesday there was slight rain without the wind. Other than that, it was a great trip. Only had to wait an hour for MF and an hour and a half for TTD.

Magnum [7 Rides] - There was hardely a line on Magnum, we were constantly riding it. We had a little problem of my brother-in-law and my sisters seat belts came undone on the way down the first hill, it was fun though.

Millenium Force [3 Rides] - Had to wait an hour each time to ride it, but it was kind of spooky because we kept getting the blue train and the same seat was always open on it. Disapointing seeing all the slightly big people not fitting in the test seat :(. I don't enjoy the mods to MF either.

Top Thrill Dragster [2 Rides] - With all the rain, TTD was almost NEVER running. It was an hour and a half each time and there were alot of break downs. Some people had been waiting 6 hours for it and were getting agitated. It's not the same ride without the engine, wing, and giant Good-Year tires on the back. The red car was on the storage track and never ran, plus they stopped letting people sit in the last three rows. I think it might have been because of the rain, but w/e.

I also got to ride Raptor, Mantis, Wicked Twister, Power Tower, Demon Drop, Gemini, and Mean Streak a couple times. Raptor and WT were the only two that had a large line, who cares though, THEY ROCK! *** Edited 7/29/2004 7:56:26 PM UTC by Huggy Bear***

sounds like you had fun...yeah, I hate it when it's really windy there...It'll delay my Top Thrill Dragster rides

Yeah, I rode TTD earlier in the year when they had the engine, wing, and tires on the back, but as I said, they weren't on. Did they take them off do to the excess weight and roll backs into the station?
How about Wicked Twister in the wind?? YIKES!! :)
They took the the tires off because one of them fell off and ended up bouncing down the midway. A safety hazzard, to say the least. And that happened LAST year. You did not ride with the tires this year. They were not there.

I must have rode it last year then. I didn't hear anything about the wheels falling off one one of the trains, That sucks! JRics82, you ever watch the WT sway in the wind while your on the beach or on Giant Wheel? *** Edited 7/30/2004 12:57:41 AM UTC by Huggy Bear***
That's a little intimating, but it's designed to do that so I don't worry. I'd be more afraid to ride Sky Ride or Giant Wheel while it's windy.

Smoking Marijuana isn't a bad thing or even a good one, like everything else, its what you make of it.
