7/18 to 7/20

On Wednesday and Thursday it rained off and on and I was worried that our whole trip was going to be ruined. I was way off, it actually became a blessing in disguise! All of the rides were running and the lines were ridiculously short, compared to what I was expecting from previous trip reports.

We had walk-ons at Millenium on Thursday morning and went on twice in a row. Raptor on Thursday night was a walk-on, once again we went twice in a row. The line for Top Thrill moved blazingly fast with 4 trains running, we never waited longer than 45 minutes. The only ride that we got on once was Maverick, which seemed to have a 1 and a half hour average wait, with multiple downtime for maintenance.

I love how Magnum is hidden away behind trees in the back right corner of the park, and it always seemed to have a 15 minute wait. We must have rode it 10 times, lol. Mantis was way too painful for me, so we went on it only once. As for everything else, we pretty much got on every decent coaster and thrill ride once.

For 2 days and a starlight we got on MF- 7 times, TTD - 6 times, Raptor - 5 times, Magnum - 9 or 10 times, Maverick - once, including all of the other rides and spending half a day at Soak City! I think we got spoiled.

Cedar Point is the greatest place on earth, it was the funnest trip we have ever had! Some people can be rude, but the overall atmosphere was the best I have ever encountered. We were all depressed on our plane flight back home to Fargo, North Dakota. Cedar Point is HEAVEN!!!
