Got to the park at 9am hoping for an early ride on Maverick. only a 3/4hour wait, but the rain delay made it an hour 15mins, still not bad.

Then we headed over to Millennium, got really close to the station and a downpour had the whole crowd screaming, that lake Erie rain is freezing! Great ride on Millennium as always.

Next was Raptor, but the persistent rain and drizzle kept it closed from about 12-3. We happened to be the first people in line waiting for Raptor to reopen, so it was a great 5min wait, awesome ride front seat.

After Raptor, we got on Wicked Twister in about 10mins, I love this ride even if other people think its boring.

TTD was next, 1/2 hour wait, no problems at all, great ride, very fast crew.

Magnum was right there, why not? Another great ride, just sad to see that 3rd train on the transfer track. Still only a 15min wait.

We walked over to Gemini next, literally walking onto a train, and it was amazingly smooth. The smoothest ride i've ever had on it. We did that twice because of the walk on ability.

I couldn't wait any longer, Maverick was next for a 2nd ride. We waited about 45-50mins, and it was well worth it, my favorite ride at the park.

Then we headed back over to Magnum for a 2nd ride, and then over to Millennium Force for a 2nd ride. I hadn't ridden Iron Dragon in 3 years for obvious boredom reasons, but i wanted to leave the park on a relaxing ride, so we did it, walk on.

As an ending to our trip, we were walking to the front of the park to leave, when all of a sudden, the merry go round shut off, and the power to the entrance sign shut off. I turned around and the sky ride was out, demon drop, the giant wheel, maxair, wicked twister, and possibly power tower, were all out, and i saw an employee get on the walkie talkie saying "we've got a problem here." I don't know what exactly happened but it looks like that whole center right side went out. From Raptor to the left, everything was still working. Great Day!

From the sounds of it, the third train on Magnum may not have been necessary given the crowd levels. Of course, it may also not be re-inspected yet, something I would imagine needs to happen because of the accident.

That's what I heard today: the third train is ready but the ride needs to be re-certified for 3 trains. That's expected in a day or two.
