Minus Millennium and MaxAir being down all/most of the day, it was a pretty nice day to go on May 31st.
We got to the park around 9:45. My sister and her friend got their season passes, while her friend's niece and I did a bathroom break and chilled until they got their passes. They weren't even in the pass center 5 minutes.
Then we got to the gates to get in. My sister's friends niece and I had to go in the ticket line, while they went in the Platinum pass line. Now we werent supposed to go in until 10. But we snuck right in front of an employee who wasnt paying attention and got in 5 minutes early than all the other ticket people. :) OOPS! haha!
The park was not very crowded that day. First we got on Raptor the first ride, front row. We waited maybe 10 minutes for it.
Then we went to Blue Streak which was a walk-on...surprise surprise.
Then we headed towards MaxAir which was down when we got to it, so then we went to Wicked Twister and basically walked on that one too.
After that we headed toward Dragster. The wait said 15 minutes, but we decided to ride front row, first train so we waited about a half hour-ish which wasn't bad at all. It was my first time riding front row and I gotta say, it was amazing.
Then we headed toward Magnum and Gemini and worked our way to the back of the park. Magnum we waited about 15 minutes for front row. The ride itself is one of my favorites, but the lapbars KILL your legs. I came home all sore with bruises on my thighs from riding it. Gemini is Gemini. We rode the blue car and won :) That ride is getting pretty icky too if you ask me. Very uncomfortable.
Then we decided to go to Frontier Trail and ride Cedar Creek Mine Ride...ew. That's one ride I wouldnt mind getting rid of. I mean sure it's like a starter coaster for little kids, but it sucks. We walked on that one too. After that, we waited a ride for Skyhawk which isn't bad at all.
For lunch around 1ish, they all had Panda Express while I chilled and gotta hot dog on a stick on the way back toward the middleish area of the park. (Cannot stand Chinese food)
After lunch, we decided to ride Mantis front row. We waited about 10 minutes for that ride too.
Then after we headed towards the front of the park to check out MaxAir. We ended up riding Raptor again just for the heck of it. We waited about 15 minutes to ride. Unfortunately when we went back, MaxAir was still closed from earlier. So we decided to ride Wicked Twister again. While in line, we got to see a little bit of the All Wheels Extreme show. It looked pretty cool, but we didnt check it out afterward.
We then headed back toward Frontier Trail to ride Mean Streak and Maverick.
We waited front row for Mean Streak too which was like a 5 minute wait. The new wood they put on the coaster made it seem like it's not as rough as it was last season to me.
Then we got some Dippin' Dots sundaes and floats. Yummy!!!
For Maverick, we waited about 45 minutes and rode the back of the train. I gotta tell you, that ride is NOT my favorite. The harnesses are very uncomfortable and you bang your head on them pretty good with the turns and stuff. Then you experience whip-lash after you get off. I mean sure, i'll ride the coaster but it's definitley not my favorite.
After that we decided to go check out the Dragster for a last ride of the night. It said about 30 minutes, but we got on in litterally 7 minutes in the 2nd car of the first train. It was a pretty decent way to end the night, but Millennium probably would've been better. ;)
Not crowded at all, rode Dragster, Wicked Twister, Raptor twice, the park food sucked but the dippin' dot float was amazing, little wait times, but despite Millennium and MaxAir being down all day, it was the best trip I've ever had at Cedar Point.
So stoked for 2010 :]

I went on Sunday as well and had a fairly similar experience, a great day with short waits! MaxAir did open before close, we rode it around 7 PM just before we left for the day.
