$25,000,000

My feeling on Dragster is the opposite of nets. (nothing personal). My kids love launch coasters. Before last years WT, all my kids talked about was..."when is CP getting a launch?" They liked WT, but their favorite remained the Chiller. Dragster has finally shut them up. Of course, I can't speak for all families, but mine got what they wanted.
There is no reason to build additional new rides to satisfy the desire for the under 48" group to have new rides. Nobody stays in that small group for long (once they are tall enough for the coasters to begin with). They might spend two or three summers before they are tall enough to move up to the bigger rides. Two years riding the same ride isn't much, look at the line for Millenium Force. And the ones in that short group that are after more rides, probably dont want little kiddie rides to be built for them. They want rides like Top Thrill to be there waiting for when they are tall enough to ride them.

Yeah but real drag cars do 300mph+, and put out less then that.

True, but their motors aren't pulling 10 or more ton trains up 400 foot hills either.

The hill is what is slowing the train down it has nothing to do with the rides speed!
