2013 wages

Anyone have an idea of this seasons wages range or pretty. Much same as last yr?

The minimum wage in Ohio has raised from $7.70 to $7.85 so the base wages this year are $7.85. But starting this year if you are a returner you get a $.10 "raise" compared to last year but in this case compared to the base wage.

If you're in leadership you also got a raise, like usual lol.

How come I only make $7.25 if minimum wage is $7.85

Do you work in a different state besides Ohio? Or do you have a job where you make tips? That could explain it. Otherwise, you definitely need to tell your employer... Haha.

I have heard for minors the minimum wage in OH for anyone under 18yrs old is less. If your a minor that is probably why.

Yea that's probably why I'm still a minor. But other minors my age make 7.85 at various fast-food places and restaurants

It's a minimum wage if the employer wants to give them equal pay as non minors its up to them.
