2008 outstanding employees list?

i just found they have a list of outstanding employees. anyone knows where i can get the full list?

There's usually a plaque for each year in park ops with all the names on it. I didn't even realize they did such a thing until I saw my name on a plaque in 2007 (2006 Screamster of the year!) As far as a list you could look up somewhere, I'm not really sure.

The list is actually all those who received a Cornerstone Pin for the first time in the previous season. The plaque is on display in the Park Operations office. Usually they put a blurb in the Employee Handbook about all the Cornerstone winners with name and department.

It's not a list of people who got a Cornerstone Pin, it's a list of exactly what it says it is, outstanding employees. I was on it in 2007, and I was told that all the Park Op managers chose a few people who they thought went above and beyond.

Zach does know a lot more about CP than I do, but I've never heard that before, and I know people who weren't on it that had already received a pin.

Indeed there are others on the list that are not cornerstone winners, but everyone that received a cornerstone pin is put on there the first year they receive it. The only catch is that you can only be on the plaque once. So if you keep receiving cornerstones you will only be on it once, the first year you receive it.

^Not necessarily true. I am on three plaques going back to 2001 but the year I received my first Cornerstone, I was not put on a plaque.

Haha, then I guess there is no real system. Apparently I was told wrong, or maybe its new within the last few years.

Could be. I know for the couple years I was a Supervisor, my manager would call me sometime after the new year and ask who I wanted to be put on that years Outstanding Employee list. I gave him names and they would make it on. That's about how complicated it was;)

As far as I know, that is correct.

I suppose if you really wanted to know, you could email your manager from last year and hope they care enough to take the time to go look for your name.

I have not seen this list... Where is it at in park op?

Usually it's on the wall just past the counter or just around the corner in the main hallway. All the previous years are hanging in that hallway.
