This year's park brochure is now available online:

EDIT: Notice the Cedar Fair branding on the front and the absence of Snoopy and the "curve" in the logo.

I'm sad to see Snoopy go away from the logo. I don't think I like the "branding" very much.
I'm also sad to see that they didn't use my picture as the "advertisement Screamster" this year. :)
And then one day you find ten years have got behind you
No one told you when to run, you missed the starting gun
I went to Chicago this past weekend for No Coaster Con and stopped at one of the Turnpike Service Plazas. They had the 2007 brochures there as well. I picked mine up. :)

The physical map is not available until the park opens. The online version usually come up around April. The Getaway Guide features one as well.

Maverick is on the map.
Over at CoasterBuzz, people are acting like all the parks are changing their name like Cedar Fair's Cedar Point, Cedar Fair's Kings Island. I find this move more like developing a familiar brand and nothing more. No one I know knows what Cedar Fair is. Many think you're just saying Cedar Point wrong.
I don't care about the Snoopy being missing, but I personally wouldn't like to see Snoopy disappear from the park. While I understand kids like cartoon characters they're familiar with; Snoopy seems more universal. Even at 18 I still see Snoopy being cool (Spongebob not so much). *** Edited 1/30/2007 10:52:37 PM UTC by Gomez*** *** Edited 1/30/2007 10:58:36 PM UTC by Gomez***

You edited that in there. So, I wasn't late. :) You were not thorough in your first response. That's not my fault!! :)
Not going to argue it, but I edited it at 10:36:38 and you posted at 10:36:44. Not a big deal and who's keeping track really. I just found it funny how on top of Maverick being put on the map we are.

I don't think they got rid of Snoopy. He's still on the 2007 park map. He's also prominently displayed on the Geauga Lake logo too. I think on this particular guide, they chose not to put Snoopy on. Like others said, it was probably just a branding issue. They probably wanted all of their brochures to have the same font/graphics on the top to drive their image home to the public.
It's nice to see they recognized the Railroad in the brochure. Even a photo this year!
Just remember, if you don't want to walk to Maverick, the next best way is to take the train!~
:);)
From everyone on the CP&LE, RIP Mayor Scott...~
This is probably just a "Map Inconsistancy" but it appears as though they may expand the lake around the Old WWL building/Maverick queue and shrink the Antique Cars.
And I guess they plan on Demon Drop being there for at least one more year.

That whole area looks like it's been redrawn for the map. I think it's just an inconsistency.

Taking a look at the 2006 map, the only thing moved was the railroad tracks.
