1994 ORIGIANAL RAPTOR CREW

With 2004 being the 10th year for the Raptor, does anyone know the whereabouts of the ORIGINAL RAPTOR CREW from opening day 1994.(besides myself) I think it would be cool to meet and get toghether on opening day. (Actually I would like to operate it for the day and bring back old memories)

oz still works at the park as a silver tag in park op- fike left last year, got married- i believe corwin is in fl i am not sure of anywone else-i say call oz and see if he knows the where bouts of anyone else

Most likley...NOTHING. Although, as part of the original crew I feel that it would be cool to have some of us come back and run it on opening day. The ride was a "groundbreaking" ride that changed the look of the main midway forever, (it's hard to remmeber the Mill Race and Calypso being on the Main Midway, so it would be cool to do something to commemorate it.

I know that the Raptor clock with all the signatures still hangs durning the summer in the control booth!

For the 10th anniversary, they ought to come out with a Raptor jacket similar to the Millennium Force jacket, I know I would buy one! There was a big hoopla with Magnum's 10th year anniversary, I hope CP does the same for Raptor.

Hey Skip.. I know James is in Cincinnati. I think a lot of the old crew came and worked opening weekend a few years ago. You should get ahold of Peggy and see if something can be arranged. That woud be nice to see that crew back there again. The park didn't do anything for Meanstreak's 10th and haven't heard anything about Raptor...as for the clock, it's one of Park Op's "legends" (besides me :) )

I agree with ENV Services.. I would be great to see the 1994 crew back on the ride. I'll have to email Peggy after the new year begins. I am sorry the park did not do anything for MeanStreak. That original crew was awesome as well.
