(: INTERVIEW :)

My interview is March 9th. I have no prior job history, so i'm very nervous. What type of questions are asked? ( I know that I can google questions, but I felt the need to ask on here as well, from people who were interviewed by the same company) I just really need this job and want to be ready at any question thrown at me with no hesitation. :) Thank you in advance to those who help me! ^_^

For my phone interview, I got asked:

*Describe a time you set a goal for yourself, how did you go about accomplishing your goal & how successful were you?

*When was a time you are a leader, what did you do?

*Describe a time you had a problem, and what you did to fix it

Steve also asked me if I had face/neck tattoos, minded long hours, and if I had any other questions. He was really enthusiastic, I think all the managers are (my friend had a different interviewer and said he was also enthusiastic).

Just be yourself! That's what my English teacher (an old employee) said. I don't really know what the in-person questions are; I have my in-person interview next week.
