I'm going up on the 12th, I have a season pass but not with the Joe Cool Club. I'm staying at the Breakers and I was wondering how do you prove that you are staying at there resorts so they can let me in early.

Thank you.

You need to inquire at the hotel. The front desk (i believe) will give you one pass for each person in your party and then you take the passes to the gate you are going in at. The pass from the hotel is what gets you in the park early.

Im going right in the park in the morning as soon as I get their, so I just go up to the hotel and they will give you the passes?
Thanks.

I really don't know. I am a Joe Cool Club member, and I have seen Resort guests with passes from the hotel to get in early. I am going on the 18th and staying with non - Joe Cool members. We assumed that we would not get in early the first day, but that on the 19th (after our stay in the hotel), we would be able to get in then. But, I think I am going to call them when I get a chance to ask about this.

We received a card from the front desk to show that we were staying at Breakers. Since we had the package (with the pink tickets) they didn't bother to look at our card, but we had it anyway.

I am going up to CP on a morning and staying the 2 nights after in a resort. Is there anyway to get in early the first day or am I not considered a resort member yet?

I would say that you're not a resort member unless you are checked into the hotel. Since check-in time is 3 or 4 pm, you're out of luck on the 1st day. You can always send a question to their website or call to be sure.

Sometimes you need to ask for the early entry card. I went through the check-in process and at the end, I asked, "Do I need an early entry card?" The front desk clerk said, "Oh, yeah!" and gave me a card.

Not exactly true, Sandy. While your room isn't guaranteed to be ready before 3:00 or 4:00, you can pre-register at 9:00, giving you plenty of time to hit the park for the 9:30 early entry.

I wanted to buy a candle holder, but the store didn't have one. So I got a cake.

Thank you DB. I had no idea that they have pre-registering. Not so at the kind of places I stay at, which I don't care to mention!!!!

Ok, just to clear everything up for me, LOL! They give an early entry pass for every member of your party? 4 people in your party = 4 early entry passes? Just wondering because 2 people in our group will be late arrivals, coming on the last day out of 4 nights that we are there. I thought you would just have to show your room key or something like that. That's what i get for thinking! ;) If it comes down to it and there is a problem with that, i'll just give my buddy my wifes pass, since her friend don't like to ride coasters, and we will go in the park for the ERT. Did i just answer my own question or just create another problem? LOL!

::lays down on the couch and tells the Doc "all i wanted was to get in the park early with my friends"::

I think they give you one pass for the whole party of people. We checked in on Friday and they gave us a pass for Saturday and it said 6/15/02 8:30 or something like that. You just show it to the person at the gate at 8:30 and they will let you and your group in.

Does anyone know where to pre-register at, would it be just at the place your stayin or somewhere else. Also if I pre-register where would I park for the day then, at the water park parking?

you pre register at the hotel in which you are staying at. I wish you could check in earlier. Just park in the hotel parking lot, they will give you your parking pass and everything, except a room key.

That im quite not sure on, I always stay at the Breakers. I haven't even been there yet this year, not till Aug. Who knows, they may have changed the way they did things from last year, but from other peoples posts, it don't sound like they did. I hear that lighthouse point is awesome, im just spoiled with walking out the front door and into the magnum or wicked twister gate ( or whatever it is called now ) :) Hope you have a great trip, hope LOL, I know you will.

I just returned from a long trip to C.P. and a stay at the Breakers and I used early entry every day. Here is how it worked:

They gave us ONE card that had the hotel check-out date written on it. At 9:00 a.m. you go to the park gate (I used the gate by Wicked Twister). There were five people in my group and when you get to the ticket person you show them the early entry card and tell them how many people are with you. They take your park ticket as normal and that is it. You keep the early entry card for your entire stay.
