Heading into this weekend, we're only three weeks out from the second annual GTTP Father's Day meet at the Red Garter Saloon. 6:00 PM sharp!

Last year's crew was myself, Gemini, Dan, Old Timer Tim, Red Garter Rob, Pete, RolloCoast and Loriu.

Let's see how many more we can get this year -- and as always -- the first round's on me (there will be a day that I regret saying that!)

Who's in?

I MUST bring along OceanaForever...aka the wife so we do not have a repeat of last year;)

We may want to change the time to either..5:30 (there is a 5:00 and 6:00 show) or even a little later...6:30p.m.

OTT

You can NEVER complain about the type of beer in a friend's refrig because it is FREE for you. But you can complain about the temperature he serves it to you!

Will the GTTP chorus be there:)?

Ok...we saw the America Rocks Show last night and it is a winner...(best show ever?..a strong possibility), therefore I move the 2nd GTTP Father's Day unofficial official meeting be held at 5:30p.m. so we can watch the 6:00p.m. show. Do I hear a second....

OTT - that works... both on the 5:30 time and bringing Mrs. OTT. Maybe this year Kathey won't get bored and leave us!

Wish I could join you guys again this year but we will be at SFA that day. Going to the DC area to visit friends so we figured we might as well hit a couple parks while we are down there (helps that we got comp tickets to PKD.) Have fun!!

Well, that takes care of (almost) everyone from last year. Now let's hear from the folks who will make this their first FDRGM. Many prominent folks from whom we've yet to hear...

I'm a mother...but kids call me Mom and Dad because I am a single parent... Soooo.... Include me! ::smile:: We got seasons passes so what a better time to go. The REAL father's aren't involved...actually in different states...so, ME (mom/dad full-time) will try to make it that day! ::smile::

Looking forward to meeting ya'll! ::smile::

God bless,

Laura

Most of us will know each other. Look for the mugs in this shot:

If you had a friend who was a tightrope walker and one day you are walking down the street with him and he suddenly tripped & fell, that would be completely unacceptable.

I was at a convenience store reading a magazine, and the cashier said "This is not a library", so I said, "ALRIGHT, I'LL TALK LOUDER THEN"
